How to report an error

Write to us through the contact page. Include the link to the article and the part that looks wrong. A source, if you have one, helps.

What we do

  • An error that could cause harm — the article is taken down immediately, corrected, then restored.
  • A factual error — corrected, and the article’s update date changes.
  • Language or spelling — fixed quietly.

What we do not do

We do not quietly rewrite something wrong and pretend it was never there. Where a significant error has been corrected, the article records it.
